1. What drew you to QuantumFlo as a Rep?

QuantumFlo aspires to emerge as the frontrunners in variable speed pumping technology. 3. In your experience so far, what stands out to you as the most appealing feature or features of QuantumFlo’s products & services?

Products – iQFlo controls. The iQFlo systems warn you of a variety of undesirable conditions and events, utilizing a staged intervention approach. The system notifies you when it first senses a problem and only goes into alarm when the problem is bad enough to warrant a system lockout or reset. Having these events and alarms accessible and well documented makes easy work of callouts for systems “that don’t work right” by giving us insight we need to understand into “the noise it was making yesterday”.

Services – Quick Ship. It does not matter if it is a new construction project that is looking to make up for lost time, or a retrofit project looking to replace a failing system with zero downtime for occupants. The quick ship offering gives customers the option to reduce the already best in class lead times QuantumFlo offers down to 10 days. This is a game changer when a system’s sale depends more on lead time than price.

4. As a Rep, what are some specific areas where you see opportunities for collaboration and growth with QuantumFlo?

Willbanks can strategically align with QuantumFlo pumps to enhance its penetration in the plumbing market by focusing on collaborative efforts in innovation and technology integration. By working together to develop and implement advanced solutions, such as smart and energy-efficient pumping systems, both companies can differentiate themselves. Joint marketing initiatives, educational campaigns, and training programs could be established to raise awareness among plumbing professionals about the benefits of QuantumFlo pumps and how they align with Willbanks’ commitment to providing leading products and unparalleled service. This collaborative approach would not only strengthen our market position but also contribute to advancing industry standards and promoting sustainable practices in plumbing technology.
