Edward Ross brings more than 30 years of experience in the Plumbing and HVAC industries to QuantumFlo, with extensive expertise in the design, sales and service of domestic water pressure booster systems. His diverse product knowledge and deep understanding of the industry have helped him successfully grow sales volume and market share throughout his career.

Ed was promoted to Site Lead in July 2022 and also serves as Director of Sales, leading the QuantumFlo Sales Team. He brings an enthusiastic, customer-focused approach to the team and believes in finding intelligent, energy-efficient solutions that meet the unique needs of every customer.

Ed earned both his MBA and Bachelor's degree from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Robert Mann joined QuantumFlo as a Mechanical Engineer and advanced to Engineering Manager in 2013. He earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida and began his career with a Jacksonville manufacturer's representative specializing in plumbing system design and application.

Robert brings a practical, hands-on approach to engineering and enjoys finding ways to improve how things work. In his spare time, he enjoys taking things apart and rebuilding them even better. A Florida native, Robert has spent his entire career and life in the Central Florida area.

Prior to joining QuantumFlo in 2008, David Darone served as Product Manager and Yard Superintendent for Weyerhaeuser Corporation, where he oversaw facility operations and implemented quality control systems that improved delivery times and minimized waste.

Earlier in his career, David worked in the Glidden Test Laboratory for Powder Coating, where he was responsible for quality control of product fabrication. His extensive experience in operations, quality control and process improvement reflects his passion for organization and commitment to excellence—qualities that continue to benefit QuantumFlo and its customers.

Before joining QuantumFlo, Joshua Mackey spent more than 17 years in the pumping and dewatering industry with Thompson Pump & Mfg. During that time, he gained experience from nearly every side of the business, working as a frame welder, CAD designer, bypass operator, corporate trainer, inside sales associate and eventually sales manager.

His experience as a shop foreman also gave him valuable insight into manufacturing and the practical application of engineered products. Josh brings his extensive knowledge of bypass pumping and construction dewatering to QuantumFlo, providing customers with a unique perspective and hands-on understanding of complex pumping applications.

Joshua earned an Associate in Science degree from Daytona State College, with a heavy emphasis on computer science and business management. He also holds ACAD and SolidWorks certifications from Advanced Technology Institute and has training as an ISO 9001 internal auditor.

Josh is a lifelong Daytona Beach native and works out of the QuantumFlo factory when he is not on the road meeting with QuantumFlo's authorized sales representatives.

Howard Wille joins QuantumFlo with an entire career of experience in commercial and industrial sales roles. He brings with him 40 years of expertise in the Plumbing industry of selling, business development, coaching, and customer service. Previously representing Grundfos, Paco, AMT and Syncroflo, he has managed both large and small territories, each with their own customer traits and requirements. Howard’s pump and systems background makes him a great fit for the role of Regional Sales Manager with QuantumFlo, and his command of sales strategy makes him a valuable asset to his representatives in helping them compete in their respective territories.

He cannot hit a golf ball (at all) so acquiring, rebuilding, and restoring historic cars is his preferred pastime. Over the years, his hobby has afforded him an extensive mechanical aptitude.

With a Plumbing concentration at Eastern Vocational Technical High School, Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Baltimore and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, Howard looks forward to working on your booster applications and helping to grow your business.

Eric Lockshine graduated from the University of Toledo in 1994 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Information Systems and Operations Management. His involvement in computer programming began well before college and has continued throughout his career across the engineering, medical, software security and aerospace industries, including work as a software developer for a NASA contractor.

For more than 30 years, Eric has also worked with David Carrier on the development of the software now known as calQflo®. As the primary developer of the software over the years, Eric now oversees QuantumFlo's IT development and technology initiatives.

Eric is a U.S. Army veteran, having served two years on active duty followed by more than 10 years in the Army Reserves. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Harriet, and their son, Louis.

Joe Meyer embarked on his QuantumFlo adventure in December 2020, joining the team as a Quality Manager and added the duties of Warranty and Aftermarket Manager in 2024. Joe also directs Safety activities at QuantumFlo. Prior to this, he spent an impressive 36 years in the automotive industry, honing his expertise and gaining invaluable experience. Interestingly, for a decade, Joe worked in the very same building that QuantumFlo currently calls home, and for the remaining years, he was right next door.

Since joining QuantumFlo, Joe has successfully obtained certifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his family and when he’s not immersed in the world of quality management, you'll often find him strumming his guitar and recording music.

Jose Garcia has over 40 years of experience in the engineering and automation industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Over the course of his career, Jose has been involved in CAM (computer aided manufacturing) development, computer modeling, programming software development, process and automation consulting, project management and manufacturing to name a few.

He received his Masters Degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1980. In addition to his multiple degrees, Jose is also a Certified Fiber Optic Specialist and Technician (by the Fiber Optic Association). Jose is extremely detail oriented and dedicated to providing excellent customer service to all our clients.

With a career rooted in hands-on pump and booster system experience, Chris Smith began working with food processing pumps while still in high school and continued in the industry throughout the early 2000s. After gaining additional experience with another pump manufacturer and working in service, he developed a strong understanding of the challenges technicians and customers face in the field—particularly within the booster pump market.

In 2012, Chris joined QuantumFlo as a panel technician, later advancing to Electrical Shop Lead and Testing Assistant. During this time, he helped identify the need for stronger technical support for those working in the field and began assisting customers and technicians over the phone while continuing to wire and test systems.

He eventually returned to field service before launching his own successful company specializing in booster pump repair and service. After four years, he decided to return to a team environment and bring his extensive field experience back to QuantumFlo. Today, he draws on his hands-on knowledge of booster systems, troubleshooting and service to help customers and colleagues find practical solutions to complex pumping challenges.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his children, teaching them fly fishing, photography and guitar. He appreciates the welcoming atmosphere at QuantumFlo and the opportunity to contribute his experience while continuing to grow alongside the team.

Joining QuantumFlo in 2025, Kait McKeever is a part of the aftermarket parts team. With over eight years of experience working in a fast-paced parts warehouse, she developed strong skills in inventory management, logistics, and customer support. She takes pride in being reliable, detail-oriented, and focused on finding practical solutions that help our team and customers succeed.

In addition to her work in the parts industry, she's also a licensed real estate professional. She enjoys staying active in both fields and continuously learning new ways to grow and serve others. Over the years she has dabbled in many specialties such as electrical work, property management, and is currently navigating the world of C# (C sharp) to further her knowledge and skill set.

Outside of work, she's a proud mom of two boys. They love spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking, paddle boarding, exploring new places, fishing, or just enjoying a day in nature. She also enjoys bowling and finding new spots to travel with her kids.

Gina Hart joined QuantumFlo in July 2021, bringing 29 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. During her tenure with the same company, she spent 12 years in corporate finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury and plant accounting before transitioning into Materials Management. For the following 17 years, Gina served as Materials Manager, overseeing inventory and customer shipments.

Throughout her career in automotive manufacturing, Gina earned several leadership and Lean Manufacturing certifications and was actively involved in TS16949 audits and certifications.

Outside of work, Gina enjoys spending time with her husband, children and two grandchildren. She also loves visiting the beach and the mountains of North Carolina and spending time with their two pit bulls. A lifelong Sanford, Florida, resident, Gina is proud to call Sanford home.
