Ed Ross, Director of Sales/Site Lead
Edward Ross brings great success from the Plumbing and HVAC industries. Along with a diverse product background and extensive industry knowledge, he successfully increased sales volume and market share utilizing his 30 plus years of expertise selling, designing, and servicing domestic water pressure booster systems.
Ed was promoted to Site Lead in July of 2022 and also serves as the Director of Sales. He leads the QuantumFlo Sales Team of authentic, enthusiastic, genuine employees who set the tone for our industry. Our competitive industry requires a tenacious approach with a “Can Do” attitude to produce the most intelligent, energy efficient, industry leading Booster Systems World-Wide.

Linda Edwards, General Manager
One of our very first employees, Linda Edwards is responsible for day-to-day operations of QuantumFlo. Linda has extensive experience in accounting and customer service with over 20 years of experience in the cable TV industry, where she served as Vice-President of Operations. She spent the early 2000's in consumer finance management positions responsible for 50-100 employees. Linda joined QuantumFlo just a couple months after incorporation in 2007. Robert Mann, Engineering Manager
Robert Mann joined QuantumFlo as a Mechanical Engineer and advanced to the Engineering Manager in 2013. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. After graduation, he spent time with a Jacksonville manufacturer's representative specializing in plumbing systems design and application. In his spare time, he likes to tear things apart and re-build them even better! As a Florida native, Robert has spent his entire career and life in the Central Florida area.Email Robert
David Darone, Production Manager
Prior to joining QuantumFlo in 2008, David Darone served as Product Manager and Yard Superintendent for Weyerhaeuser Corporation. In addition to managing all operations at the facility, David implemented various Quality Control systems which improved delivery times and minimized waste. Prior to Weyerhaeuser, David worked for Glidden Paint in the Glidden Test Laboratory for Powder Coating, and was responsible for Quality Control of product fabrication. David’s passion is organization and quality, a commitment to excellence which serves all QuantumFlo customers well.Email David
RoseAnn DeSantis, National Sales Manager/Central & West RSM
RoseAnn DeSantis has over 30 years of experience in the area of pumps and pumping systems. Her career began in 1992 with PACO Pumps in Oakland, CA as sales and service support, and she joined the company in its relocation to Texas. Years later, she joined a manufacturer’s representative and saw the business from the “customer-facing” perspective, specializing in Plumbing, HVAC, and Water/Wastewater markets, then learning the Fire Protection pump business. In 2000, she became a territory manager for ITT-A/C Fire Pumps in Chicago. RoseAnn specialized in technical sales and applications training, working with representatives worldwide as a regular instructor at ITT’s famous “Little Red Schoolhouse” in Morton Grove, IL.
After developing nationwide Fire Pump expertise, RoseAnn was hired by Aurora Pump Company as their Central Regional Manager to cover Fire, HVAC, Plumbing, and Municipal markets. She joined Patterson Pumps in 2004 as the North/Northeast Regional Manager covering 24 states and working in all trades. She grew the market substantially for 13 years as a top performer. RoseAnn brings to QuantumFlo a wealth of knowledge and strong training skills to develop our markets as she has her entire career. A “no-nonsense” sales professional with a strong affinity for applications, engineering, rep training and development, RoseAnn has been a member of the ASPE and NFPA organizations, and holds a BA in Psychology from UC Davis.Email RoseAnn
Blane Holland, Northeast RSM
Blane Holland is a Peru, Indiana native. His experience includes a diverse background with a decade worth of experience in the boiler industry. He earned an engineering degree from Purdue University.
Blane is a father of two teenage girls and he enjoys coaching softball and basketball in his free time.Email Blane
Eric Lockshine, Director of IT
Eric Lockshine graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Information Systems and Operations Management in 1994, however, he has been involved in computer programming well before that. He has worked for engineering, medical, software security and most recently, as a software developer to a NASA contractor. Throughout the past 20 years, he has been working with David Carrier, part time, in the development of the software now known as calQflo®. As the primary developer of the software over the years, and now the director of all things IT-related, he is the ideal candidate to spearhead the expansion of QuantumFlo IT development and expansion. Eric is a veteran having served 2 years in the Army and then 10+ years in the reserves. He has a wife Harriet and son Louis.Email Eric
Joe Meyer, Quality Assurance Manager
Joe embarked on his QuantumFlo adventure in December 2020, joining the team as a Quality Manager. Prior to this, he spent an impressive 36 years in the automotive industry, honing his expertise and gaining invaluable experience. Interestingly, for a decade, Joe worked in the very same building that QuantumFlo currently calls home, and for the remaining years, he was right next door.
Since joining QuantumFlo, Joe has successfully obtained certifications in ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Joe enjoys spending quality time with his family and when he’s not immersed in the world of quality management, you'll often find him strumming his guitar and recording music.Email Joe
Jose Ignacio Garcia, Software Applications Engineer
Jose has over 40 years of experience in the engineering and automation industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Over the course of his career, Jose has been involved in CAM (computer aided manufacturing) development, computer modeling, programming software development, process and automation consulting, project management and manufacturing to name a few.
He received his Masters Degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1980. In addition to his multiple degrees, Jose is also a Certified Fiber Optic Specialist and Technician (by the Fiber Optic Association). Jose is extremely detail oriented and dedicated to providing excellent customer service to all our clients.Email Jose
Keith Valentine, Aftermarket & Warranty Coordinator
Keith joined the QuantumFlo team seven years ago, initially in the manufacturing department. Since then, he has navigated through a series of progressively challenging roles within the company, culminating in positions such as the Panel Shop Lead and Lead Tester in the factory.
Having recently transitioned to the Aftermarket Team, he looks forward to leveraging his expertise to assist customers in overcoming challenges in the field and enhancing his product and application knowledge through effective troubleshooting.
Currently based in Deltona, Florida, Keith finds enjoyment in motorcycle riding, quality time with family, and, most significantly, is dedicated to learning and growing as the best father for his newborn son.Email Keith
Gina Hart, Accounting Specialist
Gina Hart joined QuantumFlo in July 2021 and previously worked in the automotive manufacturing field for 29 years. During her 29 years at the same company, the first 12 years she held various positions in corporate finance, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury and plant accounting. The last 17 years was served as Materials Manager managing inventory and customer shipments. During her tenure in the automotive field she received several leadership and lean manufacturing certificates and was involved in TS16949 audits and certifications. Gina enjoys spending time with her husband, children and two grandchildren. She also enjoys the beach, North Carolina mountains and their two pit bulls. Gina is a Sanford, FL native and has lived in Sanford all her life.Email Gina
